How It Works

ORDER

Choose between single meals, family meals, or Chef's Choice multipacks and order as many or as few as you like. Simply choose your portion sizes, any dietary restrictions that may apply, and quantity. We offer a wide variety of menu items and completely rewrite the menu every 6-8 weeks. Try one of everything, then revisit your favorites. Keep reading below to learn more about ordering options, portion sizes, and subscription options.

We also sell meals a la carte at our Robbinsdale storefront - no ordering ahead necessary. Drop in, say hello, and pick up a few meals for the road.

You can also subscribe to any number of products so you don't have to re-order each week. To learn more, visit out Subscriptions page (currently under construction).

 

PICK UP / HOME DELIVERY

At checkout you may choose to pick up at our Robbinsdale storefront, or you can opt for Home Delivery for a $7 flat fee. Your meals will arrive or be ready for pick up two business days after you order. Order deadlines are at midnight daily. To double check when your order is ready, view the chart below:

If you choose Home Delivery, your meals will be packaged for 12 hours of insulation, and couriered in a refrigerated vehicle - so you don’t need to be home at the time of delivery to ensure your meals stay fresh! We will ship to any location within our list of deliverable zip codes. All packaging is recyclable, so dispose of it accordingly or find a kid in need of a good fort!

PORTION SIZES

Our Signature Meals come in three portion sizes: Reduce, Maintain, and Build. Each are perfectly portioned to help you achieve your fitness goals. Below is the average breakdown for each portion. Exact numbers are available on the Signature Meals Menu each week.

REDUCE - 30-40g Carbs | 25-35g Protein | 200-400 Calories
MAINTAIN - 45-60g Carbs | 35-45g Protein | 400-600 Calories
BUILD - 75g+ Carbs | 50g+ Protein | 650+ Calories

Gluten Free and Vegetarian options are available for an additional fee. 

 


MEAL TYPES

INDIVIDUAL MEALS
Want the chicken option every day? Ordering an individual meal gives you the freedom to choose whichever menu item you'd like. We have lunch/dinner, breakfast, and cheat meals.

CHEF'S CHOICE MULTIPACKS - 10, 15, Commuter, and Work Week Packs
Save some money and let us do all the work! This curated option will give you a variety of meals without having to spend the time picking them out. Our chefs will try to shake it up each week so you don't get the same meals over and over. These multipacks will include lunch/dinner meals and may include cheat meals. You may also receive duplicate meals each week so we can spread out the menu further for you. The Commuter and Work Week Packs include breakfast. Simply order your preferred portion size and we'll get you the meals you need.
