How It Works


1. ORDER

Place an order each week from our Signature Meals Menu, or create a Custom Bulk Meal with your choice of protein and carbs. Simply choose your pick up location, pick up day, quantity of meals, portion sizes, and any dietary restrictions that apply. Our menu rotates weekly to keep variety and interest in your meal plan, so check back each time you order to see what's new. Keep reading below to learn more about ordering options, portion sizes, and subscription options.

We also prepare a few extra meals for sale at our Robbinsdale storefront - no ordering necessary. Coolers are restocked every Monday and Thursday. For the greatest variety and freshest meals, we recommend coming in on one of those days.

 

2. PICK UP OR HOME DELIVERY

Upon ordering, you may choose to pick up at our Robbinsdale storefront, or you can opt for Home Delivery at no additional charge. Your meals will arrive on either Monday or Thursday, depending on which day you chose when ordering, and will be packaged for optimal freshness.

If you choose Home Delivery, your meals will be packaged for 12 hours of insulation, and couriered in a refrigerated vehicle - so you don’t need to be home at the time of delivery to ensure your meals stay fresh! We will ship to any location within our list of deliverable zip codes.

If you chose pick up at our Performance Meals Storefront, you will automatically qualify for a 20% refund upon pick up. Simply ask an employee to assist you when you pick up your meals.

Portion Sizes

Our Signature Meals come in three portion sizes: Reduce, Maintain, and Build. Each are perfectly portioned to help you achieve your fitness goals. Below is the average breakdown for each portion. Exact numbers are available on the Signature Meals Menu each week.

REDUCE - 30-40g Carbs | 25-35g Protein | 200-400 Calories
MAINTAIN - 45-60g Carbs | 35-45g Protein | 400-600 Calories
BUILD - 75g+ Carbs | 50g+ Protein | 650+ Calories

Gluten Free and Organic options are available for an additional fee. 

 


One Meal or Many

INDIVIDUAL MEALS
Want the chicken option every day? Ordering an individual meal gives you the freedom to choose whichever menu item you'd like. Choose from the Signature Meals Menu or create a Custom Meal. Order as many as you’d like! 

BULK PACKS - 10, 15, or 20 Meals
Save some money and let us do all the work! This curated option will give you equal amounts of each entrée option from the Signature Meals Menu (not including "Da Cheat" menu items). Simply order your preferred portion size and pick up meals for the week!

SUBSCRIPTIONS - 10, 15, or 20 Meals
Sign up for one of our subscription meal plans and get food prepared for you weekly without having to re-order! Check out our Subscriptions page.
